My journey began with decades of navigating the corporate world, where I experienced the challenges of a toxic work environment. Burnt out and experiencing physical issues that were unsustainable for the life I wanted to live, I realized the need for change. I decided to prioritize my well-being and embrace the person I was meant to be – confident, passionate, authentic, and free. This pivotal moment led me to transform my life and dedicate myself to helping others achieve the same empowerment and fulfillment.

Growing up, I always had a passion for creativity and helping others. I pursued a successful career in corporate leadership, where I honed my skills in strategic planning, team building, and organizational development. Despite my professional achievements, I often felt unfulfilled and constrained by the corporate environment. The turning point came when I realized that true success comes from living a life aligned with one's values and passions. I began exploring various holistic practices, such as painting therapy, human design, and astrology, which helped me reconnect with my authentic self and rediscover my purpose.

Lessons Learned: Throughout my corporate career, I learned hard lessons about the difference between how the corporate world typically defines success and what true success actually is. In high-stress, toxic environments, success is often measured by external achievements and constant productivity, which can lead to burnout, emotional exhaustion, and physical strain. After decades of enduring such stress and being targeted in a toxic, bullying work environment, I intentionally focused on healing emotionally, physically, and mentally. Toxic environments can deeply affect individuals, leading to issues like anxiety, depression, and a loss of self-worth. Recognizing this, I committed to creating a safe space for my clients to heal and grow.
